Why Home Prices Haven’t Crashed… Yet. Housing Market 2023

Understanding the real estate market in our area is not easy. There are a lot of experts telling us the market is crashing, they’ve been saying that since 2010. Problem is the market in the Bay Area is much different than anywhere else in California. There are even differences between Bay Area Cities and down to neighborhoods within a city.
